A lot of space for your success

Office units are available in a small version with 30-40 square meters and in a medium-sized version with 50-60 square meters. In addition we also offer individual office units for larger demands.

As sustainable building the German Centre is LEED Gold and DGNB Gold certified. Our units are equipped with flexible ceiling, raised floor, fresh air system, white painted walls and sunblinds. Furthermore, the building includes parking lots in the basement, a canteen, a supermarket, a restaurant, as well as two banks with ATMs.
